The finance manager George, was very rude to my fiancée, call her a “chick” which demeaned her as a person, lied to both of us about the processes involved, and continued to change their story or add additional hoops to jump through to get our car delivered. All in all a very bad experience and we will never buy from Lithia Toyota again.

Drop the car for a 2 day job and stay almost 2 weeks Came in because a recall issue in the gas tank I pick up the car and I let me in the middle of the street because they didn’t connect the fuel pump right Poor feedback and poor customer service
