I’ve used this dealership since 2008. The last year has left me with deciding to go elsewhere. When I take my vehicle in for oil change and it’s not done twice is acceptable. Now I’ve tried once more with my 21 tundra. It’s quart low. Once again, unacceptable don’t even get me started about your people that check you in rude!!! I have three vehicles and I’m not sure I am going to return to this service department and I have three service agreements, and I am trying to decide to pull them or not because of incompetence.
The last 2 times I brought my vehicle, no one called to let me know my vehicle was ready. This last time was on a Saturday. If I had not shown up near closing I would’ve been stuck for a week without my vehicle due to work schedule and all service people were gone. One of the reception ladies was kind enough to get my keys, attempt to call the man who checked me in with no success. She finally called someone else and was able to release me to the parking lot with my key fob where I had to walk around the lot and find my vehicle. I don’t know if I will be back.
They did an excellent job and helped with another vehicle for my wife to take our boy to school. Excellent service and communication

When I arrived 8-18-25 I spoke with service advisor Myers I advised that the tire pressure sensor showed front left tire pressure was low. I was advised that my service included tire rotation and it would be checked for proper tire pressure for all tires. I also had an issue with incorrect recorded mileage. Record showed mileage until next service instead of actual mileage driven. Spoke with service manager Mr. Patterson and issued was corrected. I left dealership in my vehicle and found tire pressure monitoring showed that I needed air in tires. I returned to dealership and took upon myself to go to the service bay and requested that air pressure be checked and tires inflated to proper pressure. I am unhappy that I had to correct the problem myself. I hope these issues will be resolved in the future. Feel free to contact me regarding this matter.
