I was the second person in line this morning when you opened. I understand that some people have appointments and they go first.. that’s only reason reasonable. I was not told that I would be waiting four hours to get my oil changed. I had to ask where my car was twice.. after still not getting an answer. I had to go walk the parking lot to find my car.. I asked a gentleman how much longer it would be. He spoke with a woman that was there who then whispered something to him and started to walk out the door.. if something needs to be said about myself or my vehicle, it doesn’t need to be kept a secret. This is the third time I have had a problem with your service department.. it has really gone to crap since Oscar left. I will not be back and do not contact me about this.
Technology and professionalism excellent. Will continue to take my vehicle there.

But the svc dept needs to put on the receipt, what actual charges are under Misc charges. I like to know exactly what my bill is for and that couldn’t be answered.

Fast friendly customer service
Dawn was excellent in n her communication with me while my vehicle was in service. She was very responsive with her feedback and let me know of any changes through the week that my Tundra was in service.
