Dawn was so courteous but I was anxious about the time. I expected a prompt evaluation of the brake system. I had come in in February with complaints of brakes squeeling and I was told there was a general problem with the new Tundras with no available parts to fix them. When I had a 25k inspection they said rear brakes were bad. I still feel as if the brake problem in February expects brake problems in August and a fix is needed by Toyota.

My time is valuable and I don’t feel that Toyota of Odessa values that so this is the last time I will use their services 2:30 hr oil change is ridiculous when it was in fact the 15 inspection that took the most time. Which is just wrong

I am always your happy customer. The only bad thing today was that I had to buy a new tire! That blew my budget. But, Dawn helped find the Best Buy for me. The tire wasn’t in stock but will be in within 24 hrs so I can’t complain. I’ve been a customer for over 20 yrs. I don’t want any other vehicle but my Toyota Sienna!

This is the second time I have brought my vehicle in for AC service in the past few months and the issue is still not fixed. I scheduled an appointment for the 21st of August and dropped my vehicle off at 7:30am the morning of the 21st only to find out that my vehicle wasn't touched until today the 25th. Even then, the issue was not fixed and AND now all of a sudden the check engine light is on,no one seemed that cared to help me in anyway
