Totally unacceptable to make an appointment, arrive on time, told by Mark I was the only 3pm appointment. Dealership NOT busy or overloaded - 2 couples waiting in the lobby At 4 pm, no updates, 4:10ish asked Dawn the status as my car was parked in front lot. She pointed to a yellow line on computer screen showing her it was still in parts dept for their recommendations. She attempted to talk to me about the tires & I cut her off. Then the cabin air filter (replaced 5 months ago) I said no. Left the dealership @ 4:30. All well & good to go thru your check list if you can perform in a timely manner; however, there was no life or death hazards & I’m there ONLY for an oil change. If I didn’t have FREE LIFETIME OIL CHANGES I Would have stopped coming to you years ago. Whether it is management, service rep turnover, technicians, vacations, short handed……we w/appointments should take priority OVER other customers or you will definitely lose us when it is time to buy new again.
