Low in air & I specify asked for it & one other to get taken care of but only 1 got taken care of plus the low air light was on so that should have been a clue to double check it.
Dawn Meyers is WONDERFUL! She is very communities and answers all my questions. I just wish the service guys could figure out what is wrong and why my 2024 Sequoia keeps losing oil. Have done 3 different tests on it, and still can’t find the issue. I have to wait again to see if I get the low oil level alert for the 3rd time.
The second 1000 mile drive and come back test showed low oil. 2- low oil level alerts and the technician agreed it’s losing oil, but can’t find any leaks or evidence of it burning off or anywhere.

I brought my Toyota in to put on a new catalytic converter everything seemed fine Jacqueline Cline assured me that the vehicle is ready and I had a check engine light come on in the dealership parking lot and then it threw a exhaust leak code 10 minutes from driving from the dealership. I brought the vehicle back it’s been another week in the shop and Miss Jacqueline Cline let me know it was ready again and it was repeat process with the check engine light and it throwing an exhaust leak code. I live in Alpine Texas. I’ve now spent eight hours. Justin travel to come get this vehicle twice for it not to be right not just wrong. I’ve never had an exhaust leak code until I got it back from Lithia Odessa I use this vehicle to run my farrier practice and having this vehicle being worse shape after getting it back from with your death after two tries it’s just really frustrating. I’m calling the manager tomorrow to get something straight. I think Miss Jacqueline Cline is doing a great job, but someone could’ve saved me eight hours and travel over two different days and having to pay people to come drive me to Odessa and take off of work at this point the dealership is costing me in my business money. I just want my vehicle fixed. I feel like all of this can could’ve been avoided if someone would’ve cared enough to check my vehicle out.
