I never received calls back, i had to call multiple times to get advisor to answer and get a an answer/update on my vehicle. I really dont feel like im taken serious even after all the problems iv had, there is no change in urgency to get me up and going good. When i was told the truck was all ready to go i was expecting a fixed truck but as soon as i got in the truck fault messages popped up. No one bothered to check the truck if it was good. Instead i get the call saying the truck is ready. My truck had to go back because it didnt get fixed correctly and its sitting on the same spot since i dropped it off.
I was given awesome service!!! She keep me informed about how my truck was coming along. Job very well done.???? Thanks

Mrs. Jacqueline Klein was very helpful and got me in quick but the technician was not very pleasing to me because he did my recall on my sienna 3rd row seats and there were hydraulic bars underneath the seat that was not connected and loose hanging off and basically brought it in to check for safety issues. He left it like that and basically lied to me that it had came in for them looking like that. I did the seat covers for my sienna and I know what I see underneath it covers everything in place but with that bar hanging off I couldn’t cover my seats. So I brought it back in and He knew about it and had to lie. This my first time experiencing that. How’s it an inspect recall for safety for my sienna when that bar is hanging off. Was he considering that safe?
