Ok, I'm not satisfied with the service because every 5,000 miles they have to change the oil and yesterday I had to pay $104 for the service.

Service was slow. Took two hours to get my oil changed. I went there to get my brakes done. And while I was waiting the woman said she was waiting on the parts dept to see if they had parts. So I thought hmm if it takes that long to look for parts how long must it be to put my brakes on. Then when I finally got my car it was buried behind other customers parked so I had to go back in to get out and the woman was rude. I was disappointed in odessa Toyota. I won't go there anymore. Midland Toyota is way faster and better

Got me in fast made recordings of things it’s not always like that there has been times I dropped it off at 8:30 in the morning and called at 4pm and they never got my car in with a appointment which made me pick it up and reschedule for a different day. Very happy with today’s service thank you.
