She was amazing. I had an extra concern beside what I was there for which was just a maintenance but she made sure to have them check on that for me when she didn’t have to. I love going to this place she went above and beyond for me a couple of times now. Love the customer service they all provide but she’s my favorite.

She went above and beyond to make sure I got excellent service , always stayed in touch and always answered the phone and even got Toyota to drop a water valve replacement fee!!

Horrible place it has gone down hill. I waited for more then 15 minutes for someone to come and check me in. I was told it would be 1 hour wait time and it took longer !!

Vincent serviced my car yesterday and I was very pleased with what he did and how he explained everything to me. He answered all my questions and even reset my odometer to my satisfaction! Thanks, Vincent, for all your good help. I did have a major problem - you do not have your service drive-in well lighted and I ran over the curb and hit a little short post and demolished my grill! Would you replace my grill for what my insurance will pay (and me not pay the deductible?)
