Ms. Jacqueline was very professional when we first talked and I greatly appreciate it.. Second time I have taken my vehicle for the same issue and again it was not solved. Unfortunately there was a lot of miscommunication. I understand we are all busy. I called a couple of times and had to leave messages to get a call back. Calls were never returned.

They refused to put more nitrogen in my tires, every morning they at 28psi and the warning lights drive me crazy, they told me toyota must have lied and filled them with air. They read 31 in the afternoon so I just have to deal with the warning, it was very frustrating

I’m satisfied with the speed of service, I will follow up in weeks from now to obtain an oil analysis report. (I always do a analysis report before and after to know how the internals are going)

We experienced a lack of proactive communication regarding the status of our truck. We had to initiate contact daily to get updates, and only after calling on Saturday were we informed it was ready. Upon arrival, it still took an additional 1.5 hours before anyone confirmed the truck was actually ready. At one point, we were told that “the problem could not be duplicated,” which felt like a standard response given when an issue isn’t going to be addressed after being notified the issue would be fixed. Clearer and more timely communication would have significantly improved our experience. This is a constant struggle with service department.
