Invoice had different price. I I am not happy I feel like it was not fair deal. When I used to take my vehicle in Houston Toyota facility they would tell you upfront everything. I am not happy with the service. I asked her about military discount and he she did not even care to speak properly
I understand how busy and overwhelming the service department can be. Jacquekline Klein although clearly under pressure was super friendly and patient with our battery and warrenty issues.

It took 5 hours for a diagnosis of a part I told you was bad even with an appointment. I asked if it would take longer than 4 hours and if so to let me know to reschedule, instead there was no communication and i was stuck there all day. The attendant went missing and the others wouldn't help because they didn't set me up. it took over an hour for to get paperwork when it was all done. Then you tried to sell several thousand dollars of services to me, to include a 650 oil change. Once I get the part changed out I doubt I will ever do business with you again. I will go out of my way, drive an additional hour if I have to.
