I initially went in just to get a full service on my wife’s truck, but Karen advised me that there were multiple recalls on the vehicle. These were know issues, but had been something we had put off for a while. Karen expressed the full magnitude of the issues on the truck and told me that it would be beneficial for me to get all the recalls done. She then advised that we would be receiving a rental which made it possible. Karen truly advocated for us, and essentially made it a point to assure we were getting everything fixed. It was all truly appreciated.

I love George and Desmond. They are helpful, knowledgeable, not pushy, always smiling. Without them, I would probably never visit or buy from this dealership. I am not sure who Thomas Hansen is… or why I am filling out a survey for him when I have not received any help from him whatsoever.
