I was told it would take half a day & was prepared for that. After lunch, I was told the inspection was done & 1 of the recalls was replaced. Other part had to be ordered & another appointment scheduled. Poor communication. I live out of town & was angry that I have to go again. Now Jacqueline won't return my calls. I will go elsewhere.

I drove 3 hours up to have two recall repairs done, as well as an oil change. After waiting over 2 hours, I was informed that he recall repairs could not be done because I had too much gas in the tank and because there was a baby seat in the back. These were impediments. I did not know ahead of time that the gas tank needed to be less than 1/4 full. Nor did I know that nothing could be in the back seat. Why don't you inform customers about these kinds of requirements before recall repairs can be performed? I am coming back next Monday, December 29th to try again. I live in Alpine, TX.

The issue with my lift gate on my Highlander has been a concern for the past year. Visits to my lMidland dealership garage were fruitless.
