As a Senior Citizen I Really appreciate it so much when any Service Rep cares enough to be “That Good”. I really Hope you can pass my very sincere Appreciation to her. I believe she may have been taking some Lessons from Jacqueline who is Really a True Professional!! Lithia Really Needs to make her Want to stay with them!
