I had an excellent experience at Toyota thanks to Frank Bonilla. He went above and beyond to keep me well-informed, answered all of my questions clearly, and never made me feel pressured. His friendly, approachable demeanor made the process much less intimidating and genuinely enjoyable. He truly cares about his customers, and I highly recommend working with him!
