Kris was excellent! I appreciate his helpfulness, courtesy & honesty. It was nice talking to someone who seemed to be knowledgeable & caring. I’m not saying the other service people were not those things but I feel he helped and wasn’t just trying to make a sell.

They told me the service would take 2 hours, but it took 5 hours, and they never had the courtesy to tell me it would take that long or to call someone to pick me up.
