Last Tuesday you wouldn't do the service and had to make another appointment
I got my car back and instead of my app problem being fixed I now have no usage of my screen at all. It lights up then goes black off and on won’t work at all. My display screen was perfectly fine before frustrating. Now have to wait until Monday to have it looked at when I called first thing this morning.

I asked if my brakes were checked during the 30,000 mile maintenance. I was told yes by a person at the desk (not Zack). I do not see any mention or listing of brakes on my receipt documentation that I was given on Friday. I had to make return trip to have new tires installed because none were available during my scheduled appointment two days earlier. Zack was not working the day I came back and received the documentation. Can someone tell me where I would find the brakes being checked? Thank you.

We appreciated the feedback from the technician and he explained what else was needed on our car. He was not aggressive but encouraged us to have the additional work done when we had the money. He did not apply pressure, just encourage ment. We appreciated that.

I was told to not drive my Gazoo Racing Corolla as fast if I don’t want the differential to overheat causing the car turning into front wheel drive mode. My tires were not rotated as specified on the first service. The wireless charger was not fixed.
