Zach was amazing. He listened to my concerns and acted as they were his own on my behalf. I appreciate him going above and beyond in helping me.
Everybody at your facility was very nice. I did have a problem when I left. My truck stopped completely running as the belt wasn’t put on correctly but in your defense, I think that happens every once in a while and people should just learn to relax and roll. I brought it back in they fixed it. I took off everything‘s great thank you for all your time in trouble putting up with an old woman. Have a good day.
Came in at 1145 for my 1200 appointment waited 1 hr and check to see if it was done the car was wear I parked it the forgot to take it in did not leave till 2 15 it took 2 and half hour to change my oil and then when they gave me my keys I could not find where they parked my car, it was park over by the garages parking area so was a little irked with this vist

Advisor was great. Work was completed but the 9am appointment I had for oil change and tire rotation took 2 hours and 45 minutes to complete.

I got my car back and instead of my app problem being fixed I now have no usage of my screen at all. It lights up then goes black off and on won’t work at all. My display screen was perfectly fine before frustrating. Now have to wait until Monday to have it looked at when I called first thing this morning.

I asked if my brakes were checked during the 30,000 mile maintenance. I was told yes by a person at the desk (not Zack). I do not see any mention or listing of brakes on my receipt documentation that I was given on Friday. I had to make return trip to have new tires installed because none were available during my scheduled appointment two days earlier. Zack was not working the day I came back and received the documentation. Can someone tell me where I would find the brakes being checked? Thank you.
