This was an unnecessary trip. Apparently the technician who serviced the truck in May forgot to reset the mileage.

Oroville Toyota was very timely, great to work with and very courteous staff.
I’ve always had a positive experience at oro dam auto center service dept. Yesterday was nothing close! Only positive feedback I can give is the shuttle service. The driver was nice and quick to pick me up to get my vehicle. Besides that. I could say I would not recommend anyone to service their vehicle there!
For example- If I have to walk to the other side of the building to the shop to get my vehicle because your employees are too lazy to drive it up to the front for me like any other service department- I rather service my vehicle elsewhere!
Explained everything done during the servicing of my vehicle.
Oil change took 2 hours - shouldn’t take that long when I schedule an appointment.
After oil change was done it took 15 minutes to get paperwork so that I could pay and leave.
No complaints, Miles is always professional and love the service dept at Oroville Toyota!
