When I called to schedule my appointment I informed them I had a coupon for chevy and would it work on my honda Ridgeline and was told yes. We brought the coupon prior to service and yet when we picked up our vehicle they would not honor the coupon. Although they did take $35 off that is not what the coupon was for. I would think that is false advertisement. I paid over $110 and it was only supposed to be $74.95. Please honor your ad and give me back the difference

A2hour wait for a tire rotation and wash that never happened? Tires inflated to 37 - should be 35. Disappointed!
Zachariah was great! He was very welcoming and very attentive to not only my needs, but the needs of everyone there, and there were quite a few of us! Great job!
I just want to be honest. But I was not satisfied due to the time it took to get my car back. But completely understand why it did. I feel there was issues with the parts that were being sent. But I want to give a big shoutout to Zac in the service department for communicating with me and doing everything he could to get my car finished. The Services guys that work there are amazing.

I have used Oro Dam Auto to service and repair my car since we moved to Oroville about 25 years ago. I have never been disappointed by the level of service provided, or the friendliness and competence of staff members. I will continue to use Oro Dam Auto for as long as my vehicle is operational. Danny Lopez is a good guy!

I made an appointment for Thursday 10:00 a.m. I received a call just before closing on Friday that they're close for the weekends. Did not get asked if I wanted to pick my truck up. Bring it back on Monday. It was just for a check engine light. No work was done up to then and it caused me to have to get a Rent-A-car my truck in in great condition except for the check engine light ended up. Have to getting a new belt. AC compressor is broke and all these things were new from last year. I do realize things happen, however I don't understand why new parts would be broken with the test drive when everything was fine. I did speak with the manager. However, very very unhappy. Things were done all wrong
