I have used Oro Dam Auto to service and repair my car since we moved to Oroville about 25 years ago. I have never been disappointed by the level of service provided, or the friendliness and competence of staff members. I will continue to use Oro Dam Auto for as long as my vehicle is operational. Danny Lopez is a good guy!

I made an appointment for Thursday 10:00 a.m. I received a call just before closing on Friday that they're close for the weekends. Did not get asked if I wanted to pick my truck up. Bring it back on Monday. It was just for a check engine light. No work was done up to then and it caused me to have to get a Rent-A-car my truck in in great condition except for the check engine light ended up. Have to getting a new belt. AC compressor is broke and all these things were new from last year. I do realize things happen, however I don't understand why new parts would be broken with the test drive when everything was fine. I did speak with the manager. However, very very unhappy. Things were done all wrong
Oroville Toyota is a wonderful place run by people who care. Zac and every other person continues to show me as a customer I matter. Its a big deal and the dealership should get honors from Toyota USA. Hope to see the get rewarded for the years of amazing customer service and support on my loved Toyota Tundra.
