Zack and his team took very good care of my Toyota RAV4 and me. There were some unexpected issues with the machinery needed to service my RAV4 which meant my vehicle would not be serviced until the next day. I live in another town. Zack demonstrated his problem solving skills and resolved the situation in a productive and smooth manner. He certainly represents Oroville Toyota Chevrolet with high professional standards and courtesy. Kudos to him and his team.
I wasn't happy with the checkout where I would pay and the description of my suspension problem was not clear. It wasn't even written down other than the price. I will be taking my car to another mechanic today.To get it looked over
Miles was the only one on the service desk today and was clearly swamped yet he made time to answer my questions and put me at ease. He was knowledgeable and kind.

The job was fine, service was also. The wait was more than 2 hours and the car was not washed. They made it right when I went it and asked about the car wash not being complete, however it was 1:00 by the time I left from my 10:30 am appt. Perhaps you can support the team by having more technicians or a On call tech that can fill in when others call out.

I was told it would take about an hour and fifteen minutes for an oil change. Got there at 9:30. Checked on my car three times as I was there until 12:25. Had I known it was going to take that long I would've gone home and taken care of things I had to do.
I was told my key to unlock my rims was missing and my tire rotation could not be completed. So I had to purchase a new key and brought the car back the same day to see if they could finish my service appointment. I asked if they searched my glove box and was told they did. However when I searched my glove box later that day my key was there. So I purchased an unnecessary key and had to bring my car back. They at least were available the same day to finish my tire rotation.

Everything was good everyone was nice and polite
Only problem I had was told one price but charged another was quoted $516 for 8 speed and $700 for 10 speed when I have the 8 speed. then when I get bill said $710 then was down to $563 I had to say something and then he lowered it paid $493. Next time I will have to get the quote on paper so I don’t have to deal with it.
I asked them to check on the thing that is hanging down underneath, I received no comments about it at all. Now I need to try to find another day that I can start early at work and schedule an appointment because I work in Richvale and you won't give me a ride too and from work.
