All of the mechanical work was completed as requested. Very happy with results. The only shortfall was an offer to wash my truck. 3rds year in a row it was offered, but never done. Sad, they are such a good company, and they always do great work. If they never plan to wash the truck, why offer? They could stand on their repair service alone.

It took 2 hours to get my first oil change and they kept telling me that is in the car wash and would be out soon, it was never washed. Everyone was very nice but unsatisfied with the time it took with an appointment and the disorganization.
