Your **** team **** ****, skipping over us for 3 hours. An appt at 9:30 and we didn’t get out till after **** noon. Get some better employees who can communicate better and actually care about your **** customers. Nonchalant hillbilly looking asses.

I was satisfied with the maintenance visit, but when I got home I realized Zach had mentioned a belt that was cracked and worn and should be replaced soon. He was then off duty and turned me over to someone else. As I reviewed my receipt, I noticed the belt was not mentioned. I don’t want that belt to break before my next maintenance visit. I’m concerned about this!
