I wanted to use my rewards but they didn't know how to redeem them. My traverse is not a personal entertainment platform for the service mechanic. The radio was left at high volume, the drivers seat was readjusted and left no where near what I delivered it at.The air conditioner was at full blast. This is my vehicle, so respect it as such.This is not a first time this has happened here.They want top dollar for service and I will pay for good service.This was not.I am trying to be honest with this review and don't think I want to spend my money here. I came here because this is where the vehicle was purchased.The way the service mechanic left my vehicle is probably the most annoying. My vehicle not his so respect it.

If it wasn't for Zac I would have had to start a lawsuit against your establishment. Zac was a wonderful help with what happened to me. A rookie move from one of your techs blew up my engine ????. I'm extremely grateful to have Zac ????

Your service representatives are devoid of any personal customer service connection with its customers. I did not feel like my business was welcome or important. I doubt I will return. I have used three different dealerships. The one in Lake Havasu, AZ understands how to connect with their customers. I recommend that you study “how” they treat their customers.

I came in for Toyota Factory Service and my break fluid wasn’t top up and online prices and stores prices needs to be fix and be accurate because online says different prices then when showing up to my appointment and being charge extra money.

The individual that assisted me as I checked in and checked out was very friendly, kind, and informative.
