Brought my car in to try to figure out why my engine is running rough. It’s been like this since last summer. I changed all the spark plugs and two of the coil packs, put in a new battery, and changed all the feul injectors. None of this fixed the problem. I was hoping the mechanics would find out what is the issue. In stead, they recommended doing the same things I’ve already done. When I told them I already tried that, they wouldn’t listen to me…seemed annoyed. I’m out $165 and my problem wasn’t diagnosed right. Now I can be out another $1050 for 3 plugs and 3 coils (a lot more than if I do it myself)…just to get them to believe me that that isn’t the problem. Then they’ll charge me for the additional repairs if the can find the problem? They said I only changed one plug; couldn’t tell it was all four…doesn’t fill me with confidence in their ability to diagnose anything! I’ve had this car for ten years, I think the thousands that repairs could cost would be better spent on a replacement vehicle. Going to start looking.

It is obvious you are unable to find the wandering parasitic draw of power from the battery causing the brand new 2024 car to not start 5 times in just under 3 months. I feel it is one of the sensors or one of the computers. I told the service Mgr the fan was on when I entered the car last week. That should be a clue.

Little things like:
having my seat laying almost flat when I get back in my car,
things on my dash changed (headlights turned off vs on auto, screen changed on my dash),
saying it will cost $250 total when labor cost that and then there were parts and taxes,
having labor on the bill for $200 and under it labor (other) $50 is always a concern,
and having to return due to debris getting caught in the fan that was just replaced.
Courteous, friendly and fast service
A/C compressor needed replacing, but when we came back for the replacement appointment, the staff found they only ordered one of the two required parts for the replacement, so we had to come back again to get the work done. Not terrible, but also probably not the level of service and efficiency you're aiming for.
I would appreciate a senior discount. The cost of service is expensive but I also know how important it is to maintain my vehicle. I'm sure other senior citizens would appreciate a discount also. Thank you.

No not satisfied. I made appointment for a recall on Friday 6/21 for Monday 6/24/24. I specifically asked if they had the part and was told yes. When I got there after having to leave work early I was told they did not have the part.It was very inconvenient.
