Damon was very helpful, but there was other issues that were frustrating. I ordered the tires for my replacement and on the day of the tire change they did not have any order for me. Damon was able to take care of the issue as the warehouse had no driver I was told. It doesn't surprise me though that this issued happen as I have not had a good experience with pride hyundia of Seekonk in my past visit and I truly do not think highly of the dealership. If it wasn't for having a credit there to use I would not have gone back for any work.
Brittany was friendly, efficient, answered all my questions and was very sweet to my dogs.

My car was never looked at despite sitting in the lot for a week. I had it towed to a local shop and it was fixed within 2 days. I received a call about my car a week after it was towed. They were not even aware it was gone. I was told it was the starter but no ticket was ever entered for the car to be looked at.

We were quoted $1300 for the service. When we picked up the car, the price changed to $1522. This did not sound right to me so I did some research. I called a few dealerships to find that the average price of the job was $750. As a teacher and someone that knows a lot of people, I will make my best effort to make sure people do not buy cars or get them serviced at Pride Hyundai of Seekonk.
I spoke with the service manager Cody a few times on the phone. He said he would look into it and call me back. He never did.
I'm still having the same problem.

Happy with service but left mat dirty
Damon was kind, professional and knowledgeable. He kept me updated and explained everything to me. I am elderly and wasn t feeling well. He brought me water and checked on me. Car was repaired correctly. He is an asset to your company in that very hectic job.

I was accommodated with same day service when I called as I was going to be in the area.
Now the alignment is off in the opposite direction just as much. Can we get a refund of the expense?
Brittany was very pleasant, efficient person. She checked in with me a couple of times with the status of my vehicle and answered my questions.

I was told over the phone when I made my appointment that the total cost for the visit was going to be approximately $250.00. What I went to pay, the cost was $413.00. I need to have a more accurate estimate so I can plan my finances appropriately
