Karim was helpful and gracious. Without an appointment he arranged for my car to be taken care of right away. I cannot judge the quality of the repairs as I am not a mechanic though, but so far the car runs well.

We are still hearing the squeaking voice in our brakes after bringing back to have looked at. There was no noise prior to the new front/rear brakes being installed - at no small cost. Trying to figure out what to do now as we already had to bring the car back once

Problem not fixed. Service must have thought it was as no one said anything. I discovered it was not fixed. Now I have to wait again for a part to come. Lost 2& 1/4 hours today.
