Service was not great but in particular, Damon in the service department was rude and was observed swearing and disgruntled about his lunch break. While employees surely deserve a lunch break commensurate with state labor laws, I did not appreciate hearing him complain about it while I was waiting for service. I will be reluctant to bring my vehicle there again for service.

The service team are always nice and answer any questions I have. I liked that i got the multipoint inspection information on my phone and have a heads up about when my breaks need to be done.

Unfortunately, the part of the undercarriage that was hanging down and reattached has come undone again.

The exterior was not thoroughly cleaned. It looked as though it was just run through a quick wash, not a complete detail. Still had stickers on my tires and there were clear dirt marks.

My service manager had offered a car detailing with My Work because it was going to cost over $3000. Unfortunately, my service manager was removed from the premises before I could finish my transaction, and the manager honored the detailing. I appreciated that. I wish that this comments and survey would appear a couple weeks after getting my service done. Usually you don’t know if there’s a problem until a couple weeks later. As of now I am satisfied.
