Very bad service. Wasted an hour out of day and nothing got done as they did not have all the parts to complete the job so nothing got done. It was a recall on my wife’s car. I’ve been going there since 2010. Over the last 5-7 years it has gotten worse. Every time I go in there is new people. I don’t think I’ll be going there anymore. I followed Tony to Firestone and bought my last car at Greco. Ever since Tony left it has gone down hill.

Was scheduled for recall and mileage based service for oil change. My Son had to remind to do the service and not just the recall. Also, tried to charge him, but I have free maintenance for 36k or 3 years. Will take to Hyundai of Newport in future. Would have been nice to us pride which is closer to home…
assumed the recall issue was completed successfully but it took more than an hour longer than expected. My appointment was at 9am and my car didn’t move off the parking lot to the service area until 9:40. Please be realistic about the times.
