I spent 3 hours waiting last week to get my ac problem solved, half of my ac was blowing hot and the other half was cold, also asked to get the plastic part under the car to be removed and he said he was going to remove without costs. On the end of the appointment he said it was all set the issue and nothing was really done after waiting 3hrs,if anything my ac got worse both sides are now blowing hot air and they only took the part off because I spoke with another gentleman. I came there AGAIN today Tuesday 23rd and they make me wait almost 4 hours for nothing. Now I need to wait another freaking week to try to get parts and whatever else they need to fix my car. So im not really happy with these location after those couple weeks.

When I scheduled the service online the price was $535, but when I went to pay it was $679. Almost $150 more than I was expecting to pay. I live paycheck to paycheck and plan out every expense, now I can't afford groceries this week so thanks for that. Please update your website with more accurate pricing so people know what to expect.

I didnt exactly plan to spend a bunch of money, but things NEEDED to be done. Everything was fully explained to me with all the options available. Like i mentioned, these things needed to be done, it was time!! And better replace before they break from daily ware and tear. It was a pleasure doing business with Thomas McGowan.
