My service manager had offered a car detailing with My Work because it was going to cost over $3000. Unfortunately, my service manager was removed from the premises before I could finish my transaction, and the manager honored the detailing. I appreciated that. I wish that this comments and survey would appear a couple weeks after getting my service done. Usually you don’t know if there’s a problem until a couple weeks later. As of now I am satisfied.

In general I'm satisfied so far although right now all I've done is buy parts. My problem was when I came in all my windows were closed and when I left my rear passenger window was cracked about 2 in and I could not put it up. Since I came in to get my power window system fixed and I left with it worse off than I came I'm a little unsatisfied. Also for some reason my radio stations were all changed when I got back in the car. Once the car is actually repaired I'll fill out another survey

Damon Lee was friendly and polite but my car wasn’t fixed because they wanted to charge me to fix the car than the value of the car . 8300.00. I’m done with Hyundai. This was my 4th Hyundai I owned and I will never buy another and could never recommend a Hyundai to friends n family
