I have unfortunately had to use the service department several times over the past year. Today was no exception. Poor service. Condescending, arrogant, disrespectful as well as disinterested. I will never use Pride Hyundai of Seekonk again.

Karim was helpful and gracious. Without an appointment he arranged for my car to be taken care of right away. I cannot judge the quality of the repairs as I am not a mechanic though, but so far the car runs well.
