When I made the apt the gentleman said you get free tire rotation. When I dropped the vehicle off Damon said the wrong vin number was entered. Damon seemed confused and not very helpful at all.
call me if you want to know why. As someone who frequently uses your shop for repairs there’s no reason I should have been talked to the way I did.
I'm not happy with my service. My engine light is still on. I had things to do and no one informed me that they will be unplugging my battery and resetted all my radio stations moved my seats and my mirrors and check engine light continues to stay on when I didn't have an engine like on when the car went in for recalls to be done... Very poor service.. If this light is not off by the end of the week I will be taking it back to you guys.

I had the size under warranty from Pep Boys now I have two ties that don’t match. I should’ve just let tires be the way they were and go to Pep Boys, but I was thrown so many things that were wrong with the car after it was just in for full service And an inspection sticker in June 2024. Yes, I did get a coupon. Yes, the people were nice but when you throw so many things at someone that just think they’re doing an oil change in the tire rotation and I go from maybe 200 to 2000 and yes, I was over at home and yes, I was back but That’s a lot of stress to throw at
Brittany was amazing & very helpful threw out the whole time my car was at the dealership. She kept me informed the whole time
I got there were 2 people working. One was with a customer one was just inputting something in the computer. No one created me they saw me and did nothing. After a while woman looked up and said the other clerk would wait on me. He was already on another customer. I travel 50 miles to get there and nothing. Then when my car was done no one notified me. After 10 minutes I had to go out and tell them my car was ready. This is the last car I will ever by there.ps I called the day before and no picked up the phone. I got hung up on twice then left a message. And no one called me back.

Once again my service appointment at Pride Hyundai was excellent. Jordan Kem is amazing; he’s courteous, helpful, professional - he went above and beyond answering all my questions about the equipment in the back of my suv. I told him it was in the way so he packed it away nicely with my spare tire! I have more room now and the equipment does not fumble in the back when I drive anymore ????????. Thank you for the great service!!
