Jordan was informative on services covered by Hyundai vs out of pocket, super helpful on estimating the total out of pocket cost. He also call an Uber for my ride back home :)

I was not informed about what systems such as clock and radio and other things as yet undiscovered would be affected by service from Pride.

Although I made an appointment for 10:00 AM my wife said the vehicle was not brought in for service until 10:44 AM.

I've been extremely disappointed with how the car dealership has handled my oil consumption issues. The miscommunication and mismanagement have been frustrating, causing unnecessary delays and confusion. I expected better service and transparency, but instead, I’ve been left feeling let down and dissatisfied. I am considering getting rid of this vehicle so I don’t have to deal with Hyundai anymore.
I find it frustrating that you dont seem to stock the parts covered by recalls and extended warranties. If you know that a customer is coming in for a recall 2 weeks ahead of time, that should give the department plenty of time to order the necessary part or at least call the customer and reschedule so they dont waste their time. (This happened to me with the most recent recall of the ABS fuse as well as first recall on my car.)Same thing with the extended warranty. When I made the most recent appointment over the phone a couple weeks ago, I was told it's probably a clock spring. Sure enough, that's what it was, but, again, you didn't have the part in stock, so I am now waiting for the part to come in.
Not interested in a call back about this.
I felt he went above and beyond in addressing my issue, especially considering I just walked in with no appointment.

Jordan was very professional and helpful. I did not have an appointment, but I had broken down and needed the ignition coils immediately replaced. Hyundai and Jordan were able to accommodate my needs and give me fantastic service. They also recommended other maintenance that could be done to my car to keep it working order. I was very satisfied with my experience.
This is 3rd time car has gone in for simple oil change and it’s taken 2-3 hours. On 7/23/24 it took over 3 hours and when asked what’s taking so long we were reminded the oil change is complimentary. Other customers came in after our car and left well before we did. Sorry to waste your time.
