Made an appointment previous to having my car towed. They did not look at it till the following day. Then I was charged a 3rd time for bulbs for break lights. That keep going out .I was told by Damon there was nothing wrong .then the mechanic who did not work on my car took it back in to replace the bulb that was once again out. He said it was the harness and get back to me with a price and never called. Terrible Terrible service

Attempted to do oil change 2 times with appointment. Second the vehicle was dropped at 8am and went to pick it up at 5:35 pm and absolutely nothing was done to the vehicle. The guy said sorry "this one just slip through the crack". Very disappointed with the service received, just unbelievable how unreliable they were.

Manager was not able to assist with an inspection. Didn’t even bother to try. Also prices for repairs are outrageous. Fortunately, the work requires was covered by Hyundai warranty.

I had a 130pm apt and got out of work late. I called to reschedule but was told to still come in at they were on time and it would be about 90 minutes. When I arrived at 2pm there were 2 people talking with Damon and one ahead of me. He checked the girl in front of me band took a bit and then he took me. While checking me in, phone rang he made apts, the women before interrupted to have him get someone as her phone was dying. Finally I sat down. Got to be 410p I saw my car outside so went up front. I was with Damon again and he was taking so long I just wanted to pay. The other guy checked out 2 people after me while I waited. Damon took another call to make apt. Now I asked if they fixed my gas tank cover. He didn't see it so went in back, I went outside and noticed not fixed. I told him and he said they need a part and had to order. I said you never have parts and not easy for me to get here. After another issue he took payment and I wanted printout to take to look over he tried to go through, was struggling so I said I have had enough, just give to me as by now almost 430pm. I am not happy as I was not happy with finance guy and now this. Will have to find another location

Damon was courteous he was not the problem. The car has had on going performance issues since June. Our vehicle was in the shop for 6 days. We received only 1 call and that was from Damon on Friday asking if Pride could keep it 1 more day. By 2pm Saturday when no one called, we called and was told it was being held for the service mngr on Monday. We called Monday and the Mgr had no idea what we were talking about, said he would call us back, never did. Each day we called & was told our original advisor was out and someone would call us back, never did. Finally when Damon cane back on Tuesday and we called again he was not aware that we hadn't received the car back and tracked it down and called us Wednesday to come and pick it up. Which I did and he did Apologize but told me the car repairs had been completed on Saturday, which is so disappointing. we called everyday for information only to be ignored. Are you telling me that no one is able to assist a customer besides the original service person that helps them? 6 days without a 2nd vehicle, we both have jobs to travel to which put our lives in a constant stressful situation.

My car sat in the back lot for 7 days before anyone looked at it. It took 1 day to diagnose and replace a starter. In the mean time I had no car and had to depend on neighbors and users to get me to the hospital and rehabilitation facility to see my wife. The shortage of trained mechanics and service desk personnel greatly diminished the probability of remaining a Hyundia customer. I will surely think hard before purchasing a new vehicle. I wasn't till Cody got involved that some action took place. Even he I believe like the rest of the service department appeared to be stressed and possibly frustrated with the working conditions

I went in for an oil change and an inspection. The inspection was a fail due to supposed Glass tint on my windows which caused a failed result. I've passed several inspections in the past, and regarding to tint on windows, Hyundai themselves put the tint on without my request when I purchased the car. Upon concluding the days service I was left with no understanding as to why this happened. The person whom helped ke had no answers and was working alone in the services with customers. I don't blame him but just the lack of clarity and further assistance with what I was to do next. I will never return to hyundai for future service after this issue is resolved.

Tech didn't clean the mounting lube/bead sealer off the tires. There also are several scratches on the rims that seem to be from the tire change (not curb rash) Yes, my car was muddy since I had gotten splashed with muddy water on the drive home the previous night, but that's not normal

Service manager was amazing, God Bless him. He really needs needs a raise . But the service team did not fill my liquids as per the oil change. Also paid for an air filter, which protocol was not followed (procedure) which lead me to be there 3 hours. I believe service team has to be retained. This does complaint does not have nothing to do with Mr. D. Again he was amazing!
