Brittany, Is a great asset to your company professional,attentive to her customers and adapts to her surroundings. I brought my 2023 Elantra for an oil change on June 19, and the following day my pressure light came on saying I had low pressure in my front tire. I came in on June 20, and Brittany took care of me. I had a nail in the tire . On June 17, again my pressure light came on notifying me that the same tire had low pressure. I called Brittany and told me to bring in again . A new plug was put in. Hopefully this does the trick. Thank you Suzanne R

A simple YES or NO answer sometimes cannot adequately describe the subtleties of personal interactions. Mr Lee provided the attention needed to complete my appointment check in however seems to struggle with the Service Software data entry. Perhaps learning curve? In all fairness I may be reading more to this than necessary as I had just finished an unexpected stressful 12 hour work shift and was simply tired and wanted to go home and sleep!!! Bottom line is the service was done in less than an hour and I got to go home.
