Although I was not greeted immediately when I walked in, the service advisor was efficient and came to the customer lounge when my vehicle was ready. We were told the service would take about an hour, and that was the case.
Tez was very easy to work with very helpful and getting all the repairs done to my car and setting up Uber rides to and from my house he was great!

Damon wea professional and polite, however I did point out that my 2019 Sonata which was scheduled for an engine chamber cleaning following up on the oil consumption test has now an engine oil leak as wel. This is recent; within the past few weeks ; it had not been leaking oil previously. Although I stated my concern I noticed today that the oil leak is still a problem. I wonder if it was addressed? If it was it was not resolved, nor was it listed as a concern on my statement.
