Service was above and beyond. Damon was super helpful, kept us informed and even offered us an Uber so we didn’t have to wait in the waiting room.
Only thing was that they didn't put a sticker in the window so not sure when next time it's due again

While everyone at Pride is thoughtful, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional; my particular problem of erratic starting in the morning has continued to baffle even your top mechanics. We were pretty sure that the neutral safety switch was the source of my issue, but your mechanic, after examining the alignment of the switch, determined that nothing seem to be wrong. So while you have been generous in not charging me for all their time, the uncertainty of each start continues to be worrisome.

The person who made the appointment told me I had a free oil change, but when I brought the car in I was charged. The guy at the service desk said I didn't have any free services. I was told I had 4 free oil changes but this was the 4th one. I was very disap
pointed and confused
Not satisfied waited 2 1/2 hours to have a headlight replaced in $150 and the next day the light is out
The service went well and what was done was explained to me.
Overall my experience with the service department was not good. It took far longer than it should have and I was not kept informed with the status of my repair.
I want to see the codes that were indicated. And the old code that needed to be cleared. Why didn’t my app indicate the old code and the current code? Why did my Hyundai app indicate that all systems are normal? And how are they going to correct it?
Service agent was out standing!
Would have felt better if the mechanic took the vehicle for the weekend for a thorough test drive.

My 2018 Hyundai Sonata has 127,000 miles on it. It needs a motor. Your staff in your service department were extremely rude and degrading during this whole process. This manager David when I asked if I could trade it in, he said no, we will not take the car. It needs a motor in a very degrading manner. I went there today to speak about my car and the desk clerk when I asked about Hyundai customer service he said “basically Hyundai is telling you to go **** yourself.” I’ve never been treated so poorly. This is my third Hyundai purchase and I will never ever purchase another Hyundai because of this. When I went into the showroom floor to speak to somebody about maybe doing a trade-in today, I was offered a lease with the amount that I owe on my car added onto it the clerk had to leave because his own car was on a lift in the garage with the tires taken off because the tech had taken the wrong car out of the parking lot and he was very upset because he wasn’t able to go pick up a sandwich because his car was on the lift. Your sales person told me the story as it was happening and he was very upset so how am I supposed to have confidence in any of this? The communication has been very poor between your service department and myself today is August 4 tomorrow you’ve had my car for three weeks and I have had to call the garage every time nobody has called me. Also, the customer care through Hyundai the corporation has been very poor. I have been assigned a case number, but have not heard from anybody except for my one case manager, who I Asked to have a second opinion because he actually called your facility and was told that my car wasn’t there so and told me to call the police because my car had been stolen from your lot. I had to call on a three-way phone call myself to call the dealership to make sure my car was still actually there and this was last Thursday as you can see their very, very many broken parts to this and because of it all you have lost a good customer. I don’t need a callback from pride Hyundai. I can completely see where I stand.
