Service was quick and thorough. But I want to say Chris that I spoke to originally who handled the initial call was amazing around 830am on 9/9. He was thorough, helpful and pleasant. A great example of exemplary customer service.
I was never told you had to order the part for my car. After sitting there for two hours and thirty minutes I went to check on my car only to find out it had to be ordered. No one said a word to me.

I had a horrible experience at another Hyundai dealership service department. Michael Moura and Leigh Tharpe were especially compassionate and professional. The rest of the service staff were friendly. All were knowledgeable. Because of the treatment I received at Pride dealership my trust in Hyundai service department is restored.

I was treated very well my both men at the service check in counter, as I always am by everyone at Pride Hyundai. From service, to parts, to sales and management. That is why I’ve been a loyal customer for so many years, and why I have purchased several cars during that time.

On time clean neat workmanship
You guys were fast and Huyndai paid for my fuel door actuator. Having to make my appointment time by driving through flooded streets wasn't pleasant, but I don't think Pride Huyndai is response for Pawtucket's poor drainage planning.
