10/8/24 went there because a light popped up in my car. I was just there for them to CHECK to see if anything was wrong with my car. That took over 2 hours with my infant as well.. this is very frustrating especially with an infant. No updates either as well and it seems to be the same guys always working as from last time too. Either the scheduled appointments need to be spaced out more so other people don’t wait around forever or they need to be doing what they have to do back there because why should I have an appointment and then wait 2 hours for a small thing as checking what’s wrong with my car… JUST to tell me nothing is wrong with it! That’s crazy.

Quality of service on the car was great, communication was not. If you’re going to use an electronic system to automate communication then actually use it or go back to calling with updates. I had to call or go inside to get updates which likely made the service appointment take longer than it needed to. Again, I have no complains about the work done on my car, but the systems/procedures for communicating during appointments needs improvement.
