I have 3 cars from hyundai,everytime i go to the service dept. I always have a problem.Just tired of pride..Sorry but i would recomend any of tour services to any on..Thanks but no thanks

I was there for 2 1/2 hours. I saw that they took my car in right away. I was told it took about an hour to take care of the car. I am the one who went to the desk asking how much longer. The paperwork was found on a computer keyboard. I was told that the person at that keyboard had been at lunch for the past hour. This is unacceptable.
Also, when I was told that a part needed to be ordered, I asked if it was covered by the warranty. Service desk rep immediately said no. When the part came in, I asked them to check the warranty. It was covered. Then they tried to charge me for the oil change. I again reminded them about the warranty. Service desk personnel should be checking customer warranties prior to checking them out.
I will not be going back. My car is only 2 years old.
They did an awesome job explaining everything to me, were very helpful, and I’m very satisfied with the service.

I had my car srrviced therr numrrous timed. This experience has left questions about trust in how the car was treated while being serviced and how it was returned to me. Who is responsible for making sure the work is completely done.

I didn’t not get the tires I wanted! I did a look up myself and found the EXACT tires that I wanted from another tire place. You guys order them 3 times!!!! And ALL 3 times you got them wrong! Then lied to me and put another brand on my car!!! Now I’m rolling around with tires that don’t even match!!!!! Wtf!!! I was patient too! Then you screwed up my oil change! So all the work you did on my car was all wrong!!! And I trusted you people with my car!!!!! I made a HUGE mistake!!!! Now I have to find another dealship to work on my car!!!!
