This may have been the worst service I have ever received in any customer service market . I’ve been a customer of Hyundai for just under 10 years and this one experience will be the end of the relationship . I bought a 2021 limited Sonota just a few years ago and it’s still under warranty . When I brought my car in i was told rudely about the 175 diagnostic fee . Second day in after brining my car down . I was phone at work and the service tech told me that my car is an “electrical nightmare”. The car didnt have a single problem two day as ago . And now every light is on the dash board and according to reviews this is a common problem . Or at least something people are aware of . I was told that they could not figure out what was the problem with the car and they would need it another day . So I asked for a loaner vehicle . I was told they do not have any . With no other explanation or solution . I was then told to come pick up my car if I could not leave it down there and they had no problem letting me and my 3 young kids leave in the 2021 electrical nightmare car . Needless to say I couldn’t be more disappointed in the overall experience. And according to the 2.4 on yelp with alot of negative reviews , I am not the only one that feels this way . I

The car should never have had the oil leaking problem in the first place! It was down when I first bought the car and the engine lite came on. Auto zone filled it with oil only to have it fully leak out! Picked up car today and hope everything works 100%.
