As always, a great experience with the service department at pride hyundai. Walked in with an issue on car and needed an oil change. Had it repaired and me in my way in less than an hour.

have been back 6 times for an oil consumption test. The documentation has been sent to Hyundai twice with no reply. I have not received the results either time. I am told I will have an answer by the end of the day each time, with no response. I am told to call back the next day for the answer, I follow that direction and get no reply. I have spoken with the service manager about the problem, who says he will take care of it and get me and answer but I also received no reply. So I'm not sure what else to do with your organization.
