I’ve been very pleased with the service you’ve provided as I’m going through the oil consumption process . It makes it less stressful knowing that Hyundai is standing by their product and I’m hopeful that this problem will be resolved . Your service staff have been very polite and have answered any questions that I have .

Very confused regarding the repair report given to me Some of the repairs were clear and precise in its explanation as to what was done to my vehicle And other ones that seem to have more of an importance done with codes and letters It would be more beneficial if it was explained clearly, so I could understand as I am in the medical field helping to repair people not automobiles Thank you for for asking Have a great evening Carol !

While I was not upset at the fact they couldn’t diagnose main issue for dropping car off, they never mentioned the brake issue. I’ll just have to replace brakes myself. So disappointed with this vehicle. JUNK
