I brought my car in with a specific issue. They fixed the recalls, which was great, but the issues that I was having and brought it in specifically for are still present, even after picking my car up. I have been waiting a full day now to hear back from the service department about my warranty.

I have been purchasing vehicles from CD Pride Hyundai since 2011 when I walked in as a single woman looking for a vehicle. I met the most amazing sales representative by the name of Cameron who treated me with respect and courtesy and you do not find that in many dealerships. I am now on my third vehicle from Pride of Seekonk staying with my Sonata’s . Damon Lee has always been professional, courteous and takes care of the customers the “right way with respect”. Thank you Damon for being that way and you are an “asset” to Pride Hyundai of Seekonk! Your professionalism keeps me coming back to the service department.

Highly dissatisfied with the service at this location. Very poor communication, never answer the phone and they dont call when they say they will. They didn't seem to know what was wrong with the car as they kept throwing expensive parts in it and hoping that was the issue. They kept withholding information and i had to keep begging for answers. Was also not happy with how i was treated regarding a loner car. I was told multiple times that you didnt have one. Then after speaking with chris and stating it had been 18 days already, he called me back 15 minutes later and all the sudden they had one available. Finally, when the car was finished i was told mortezza had already left for the day but when i arrived he was standing right behind the desk. I dont understand why you need the middle man of a service coordinator as they have never been helpful.

The issue was not with Damon. He was very pleasant and informative. I’m just trying to under Why if I had an 8:00 am appointment for an oil and filter change and tire rotation, it took almost 2 hours to complete.

I didn’t have to wait long which was good as I had a lot to do and I always find Pride’s service Dept is excellent. This is my 5 th Hyundai and I m leasing it but I may buy it at the end of the lease.
