I bought a brand new 2026 Hyundai Elantra. As soon as I took it off the lot I felt a shaking in the car. I owned a 2025 Hyundai Elantra before this car an it did not drive the way my 26 is driving. I went in today to get my tires balanced. I thought that was the problem. David took it for a test drive and came back and asked me if I “felt it in the pedal”. I then said it was not in the pedal it was shaking throughout the whole car. I took it for a test drive with him in the vehicle after that and when I got on the highway I asked if he felt that and he responded with “yeah I feel the road” and since my seats aren’t shaking then it’s not a balancing problem. I explained again that this is not the way my car drove and something is wrong with this car. He “balanced” the tires for me but when I took it off the lot again, it was the same issue as if nothing was done. The shaking happens around 65-70mph. I will be in contact with pride tomorrow because I cannot and will not drive a car this way that I just bought brand new.
A pleasure dealing with the service rep. I am not, however, happy that my 2020 Kona with less than 36k miles required a new mirror motor on driver’s side and out of warranty by a matter of weeks. Expensive repair. I know rep did best he could for me pricewise. Makes me question if I will buy another Hyundai (I own 2 currently).

I was told all fluids were top up but that’s was true because my brake fluid was empty. There was no brake fluid. And I was also told nine bulbs were out including my fog and indicator lights which was also not true.
I will go back to have service anytime I need they were very professional and helpful
Damon kept me informed of any issues found while working on my car and the opportunity to address them while they were working on my car. He was pleasant and professional as always. Trust the service there completely.
I won't go anywhere else for my vehicle.

The job that I came for was not completed instead your technician are recommending something else that I did not come for just to make money. Being charged for something that was not what I wanted is trying to Rob customers.
