Sorry to say, I am not happy about the situation regarding the transmission. However, Mike was very supportive and very helpful. Anytime I called to check on an update Mike was aware of the current update. Receiving and returning the rental was easy and much appreciated. Please Thank all involved for me! Thank you!

The first time I went in for service the filter was taken out and acorns were knocked into my air intake causing a low rumbling when running the air a quick fix. This time my windshield wiper fluid was not filled up as part of the service. So hopped in my car and got a “Windshield wiper fluid low” warning. Shame on me if this isn’t included and I misunderstood but I would assume that all liquids would be topped off

On Saturday, I was received by a what's up? when I walked through the service door by rep #1. So I started saying I purchase my car in NK, rep #1 said I had to go back there! He immediately said it was a joke but that was a red flag for me. I returned to Seekonk on Monday with rep #2, I dropped my car at 7:30am & picked up at 2:45pm. My car wasn't washed, rep #1 was there and said I had to ask for it bc they couldn't wash all cars that were serviced, that the line would be huge. I brought my car from North Conway NH without the window shield fluid spray working (got replaced by warranty). I had to use bottles of water from my side window to be able to see during my drive. So yes, my car was covered with salt, sand, and snow. But still, no car wash was offered as courtesy. During the day I received a text message asking if I'd authorize tire rotations for about $30. I clicked yes. I dont think it was done, I wasn't charged for it, rep #1 not even mentioned anything about it. I guess I will never know, I dont trust this service no more. Seat belt recall is on order but rep #1 didnt mention anything about it either. Not one word of when I should bring the car back. I did not receive a call that the car was done, I simply drove there and saw my car outside. This was a very disappointing experience as first time customer in Seekonk, I hope I dont have to go back there no more. I will probably go back to a Honda vehicle soon where I was and can receive a better service that I trust instead of Hyundai.

Damon was great!! I had a flat front tire in this cold weather. I tried to fill it with air at a gas station, but it did not fix the flat. So, I drive slowly right from the gas station to Pride. They had just opened this Saturday and Damon took me right away.& helped. He later explained what happened, te repair made and brought my car right to the parking lot adjacent to the service door. A very good experience with Damon and the service staff. Thank you all. Happy New Year.
