Need to improve communication…when making appointment were told about a 15-20” process…after waiting an hour & we asked; it was going to be another 30-45”…which if we had been told right off there would be a delay because we could see that it was pretty busy, we would have called our family right off & completed our other errands. Not a huge deal…but it did delay getting back home in a timely manner for other obligations. Thank you!
