I discovered that the 150,000 mile service was performed on 2/2/2026 and 6/20/2026. This was after specifically asking when the last time this service was done when calling for the 6/20/2026 appointment and being told at 100,000 miles. Additionally I had to pay for tires to be balanced. I am very dissatisfied. I would like a refund of 781 and 99. I am also wondering about the state of the tires now that they have been rotated twice in six months.

I have been coming to Lexus for a couple years now and I’ve only had two major issues one that could’ve called a major accident with my lug nuts not being put back on my SUV properly but here recently this past Saturday, which was August 20th, 2026. Kimberly was my contact person for my oil change. It was brought to my attention that my front left inner boot needed to be replaced. That had already been replaced August 2025. Kimberly found it on her computer and stated that either herself, Jesse or management would give me a call. I have yet to hear back from anyone until I made a call on August 23 at 4:15. So I’m not particularly satisfied with how this whole thing has been handled.

My limited satisfaction is, not because of the service I received from Audi and your service representatives. It is based upon my shock at the fact that the solution to my service issue was going to cost about 4 - 5 times what I been told when I brought my car in. So, not your fault…Just serious disappointment!

I have always been satisfied with my service at Lexus, but this time around I was very very pleased. I had some challenges on the way and Gerardo went above and beyond to ensure everything went well. Communication was smooth and I felt like I am right where I belong with my Lexus. Thanks again.
