Everyone was polite and professional. Accommodations in waiting area were very good. My only concern was not receiving an oil change on my last Lexus Certified appointment. My last oil change was October 2025 which is over the recommended six months by Lexus. Please advise if I’m incorrect.

Kimberly ****was exceptional. She helped me with a surprise bday/Father's Day gift for my husband whose car was also getting serviced at the same time. I had ordered all-weather mats for my husband as a gift and they had just arrived the day before. Kimberly arranged to have them installed in my husband's car while it was getting serviced. He did not notice until he got home and found the old mats in his trunk....He thought Lexus made a mistake and installed someone else's mats in his car! hahaha!! Thanks Kimberly for making it happen. He was definitely surprised!!!
