I always have a good experience when I take my vehicle to Lexus. Corey was great he helped me with a sensor on my dash and spoke to me about a filter. He was kind and respectful.

Jessie was courteous and very detailed in his explanation of the parts to be replaced on my windshield wipers and his description of the cause of the leak in my left driver side tire. He also noticed a “shimmy” in the driver’s seat as it moved back and forth and had that fixed. I had forgotten about the problem. That was great service. And the car washers did very good work on the inside and outside!

Exceptional service and a very customer centric staff. We were traveling thru Omaha and the service department got us scheduled for an oil change the same day! We have not had this kind of service or customer experience in Oklahoma.
