We were told it would be 30 minutes. In actuality it was 1.5 hours but new panels were put on (others were “warped”.
We would have appreciated a notification of the length of service time.

There were some issues with the parts delivery that caused some problems for me. I was given an electric loaner car for overnight. I’m not fond of driving so driving an unfamiliar car was stressful. I realize that doesn’t have anything to do with the level of service provided by your service technician. He was very apologetic about the shipping issues. Is it true that the dealership provides unlimited car washes for vehicles purchased from Lexus of Omaha?

No pressure on the additional recommendations, he presented them, answered my questions honestly, and respected my decisions. The loaner car was ready without any hassle. Cory was very friendly and helpful when I dropped off my vehicle, and waited patiently while I downloaded an updated insurance card for using a loaner vehicle. I was not expecting such a nice loaner vehicle and was definitely not expecting my vehicle to be vacuumed inside when I picked it up. I look forward to bringing my vehicles here for service in the future.

Gerardo was great, we were sold tires and I talked to salesman over phone and found out when it came home they are directional. Was completely dissatisfied as I hate directional tire design and was never mentioned. After following up there was still nothing he would/could do. Now I’m stuck with tires I hate and don’t look forward to driving the car like I did. Hard to believe there was no options to resolve the issue, immediately replace them, offer some type of compensation, but nothing. Really unfortunate as I typically enjoy the service at Lexus.
